Congratulations to those who qualified for merit incentive funds through the Arkansas Division of Elementary and Secondary Education. Across our district, 23 staff members qualified for incentive funds this year, totaling $67,500. These recognitions include: 4 staff members recognized for academic growth (VAM score in Top 25% statewide) 2 staff members recognized for serving as mentors 22 staff members recognized for teaching in a designated service area
