Theatre II students at Mena High School performed for 8th grade students in the Performing Arts Center on Thursday. What a fun show !
Mena coaches have selected #12 Emily Leonard & #3 Blake Brown as the Farm Bureau Insurance Players of the Month for February.
Emily is the daughter of Justin & Monica Leonard. For January she averaged 7 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assist & 2 steals per game.
Blake is the son of Scott & Randi Brown. His January statistics included 6 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assist & 3 steals per game.

Congratulations to Mena High School Senior TAYLOR THACKER ! Thacker was awarded the McLarty Automotive Group Scholarship on Wednesday during a special assembly. This is a $2500.00 scholarship presented by the McLarty Group in partnership with KATV Channel 7 in Little Rock as a part of their McLarty Drives Education Program.

Due to the dangerous weather conditions that appear to be certain, the Mena Public Schools will take an AMI day on Thursday, February 3rd.. A decision about whether or not to have school Friday will be made on Thursday.

The King of Hearts will be presented to the public at the Mena basketball games on Tuesday night at the Union Bank Center.
