The steel framing for the new Hensley Activity Center arrived Monday morning. The building is expected to be complete by the start of the 24-25 school year.

Ladycats competed at the 1-5A South Regionals today and overall as a team finished in 6th place in confrence, 5 out of 7 girls qualified for the state tournament! But all of them have shown incredibly growth and improvement!

The 2024 Wrestling regular season came to an end on Thursday.. The Mena Bearcats won both duals to Lonoke and Pulaski Academy, but fell short to CAC, the Mena Bearcats will be competing at Lonoke High School next Saturday (17th) at regionals for a shot at state!
We also had a wrestler get their first win by pin which was an awesome team experience and this picture taken by Jessica Anderson shows the togetherness of these boys and girls. Go Bearcats!

MMS Leadership class came to teach our 3rd graders leadership games during enrichment!

Their future’s so bright they should have worn shades 😊 This group did amazing at District 1 Spring FBLA conference in Fort Smith today. We qualified for state competition in 28 events and 6 more events that are state only. **If anyone would like to judge some practice presentations for us between now and April 29…let me know!!!!

Mena Wrestling competed at the 4A Dual State Championship in Pottsville on Saturday. The boys beat Berryville, had a tough loss to Gravette, followed by a win over Central Arkansas Christian, before losing to Shiloh Christian Mena Bearcat Wrestling finishes 4th in state.
